MIX FOR MAKING CLASSIC PROTEIN BREAD. Powdered mix for baking with soy flour.
Ingredients: Wheat protein, Soy flour (20%), ground Soy (10%), wholemeal Spelt flour, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, Sesame seeds, Rye flour, Wheat bran, dry sourdough starter (fermented Rye flour), dry yeast, salt, Malted barley flour.
It may contain traces of egg, milk and lupin.

1. Open the pack and remove the transparent film.
2. Without removing the powder mix from the mould, add 300 ml of warm water (35ºC) and stir with a spoon for 2 minutes or until obtaining a uniform dough.
3. Place the mould on the second lowest oven shelf without preheating.
4. Bake at 180ºC (circulating air) for 50 – 60 minutes.
5. Leave to cool before removing your bread from the mould.
