Each baked Protein Bread contains 24g of plant-based protein, making it compatible with the most demanding sports diets. Unlike most protein breads, Body Genius Protein Bread contains only plant-based protein sources so that everyone can enjoy it.

Flaxseeds, sunflower seeds and whole grain spelt are some of the superfood ingredients we've added to our recipe. Naturally high in healthy fatty acids and packed with vitamins and minerals for completely balanced nutrition.
Classic Protein Bread:
MIX FOR MAKING CLASSIC PROTEIN BREAD. Powdered mix for baking with soy flour.
Ingredients: Wheat protein, Soy flour (20%), ground Soy (10%), wholemeal Spelt flour, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, Sesame seeds, Rye flour, Wheat bran, dry sourdough starter (fermented Rye flour), dry yeast, salt, Malted barley flour.
It may contain traces of egg, milk and lupin.

Ingredients: Wheat protein, flax seeds (22%)*, sunflower seeds (13%)*, Soy flour, Sesame seeds (10%) *, wholemeal Spelt flour, pumpkin seeds (5%) *, dry sourdough starter (fermented Rye flour) dry yeast, salt, Malted barley flour.
It may contain traces of egg, milk and lupin.

1. Open the container and remove the cling film.
2. Without removing the powdered mixture from the mould, add 300 ml. of warm water (35 ºC) to the mould and stir with a spoon for 2 minutes or until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
3. Place the mould on the second lowest tray of the oven without preheating.
4. Bake at 180 ºC (circulating air) for 50 - 60 minutes.
5. Allow to cool before removing your bread from the tin.
