Peanut Powder is a defatted, low calorie peanut flour made with just one ingredient: our exceptional quality peanuts. On being a defatted flour, its contribution in naturally present proteins is high, making it a healthy ingredient with an impressive 48% vegetable protein.
Our Peanut Powder is made with the cold press technique, a process that does not alter its benefits and through which a large part of the fat is extracted from the peanut. The result is a flour that conserves all the flavour of the peanut, but with nearly half the calories and perfect for all kinds of healthy recipes.
Naturally, without added sugar.
Just like all the Body Genius products, our defatted peanut powder has been made without added sugars to create a naturally healthy product suitable for the whole family. Neither do we use salt, aromas or sweeteners of any type. The only ingredient you will find on its list of ingredients is the peanut.

What differentiates Peanut Powder from other flours?
Peanut Powder is a flour made with peanut, a high-protein and quite delicious legume. The difference with other cereal flours is that Peanut Powder is naturally high in proteins and fibre of extremely high quality, so you can obtain much greater nourishment in your healthy recipes.
How can Peanut Powder be so low in fat?
We have used the cold press system to extract the fats from our peanuts and turn them into a tasty flour perfect for cooking any type of recipe. On extracting the fats of the peanut, we have ensured that the amount of protein and fibre increases considerably.
Are peanut fats bad?
Not at all! Peanut fats are natural and healthy fats. We have not created this defatted peanut powder because the peanut fats are unhealthy, but to be able to provide you with more options in the kitchen while you enjoy the full flavour of our exceptional peanuts.
Can I use Peanut Powder as a substitute for other flours?

El producto en sí es genial, tiene buen sabor y es muy versátil, la única pega es que el envase es muy grande y si no lo usas tan seguido pues la fecha de caducidad te alcanza, ojalá hubiese un formato más pequeño.
