Chocolate, banana and peanut protein shake.
This is one of our favourite recipes, ideal as a breakfast or snack to recover after your workout. This smoothie is very satisfying, sweet and sweet, but doesn’t contain any added sugar and you can customize it to your liking.
To do this you will need:
2 scoops of Lean Protein Sweet Cocoa flavour
250ml of milk or plant-based milk
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon of Peanut Butter
½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
You just have to mix all the ingredients in your blender until you have a creamy and delicious drink to enjoy. We recommend you drink the smoothie right away, you will love it freshly made!
Two extra tips.
1. If you don't like chocolate, this recipe is just as good with other flavours like Royal Vanilla, Milk Meringue or Coffee. Get creative!
2. Use a frozen summer banana to make the smoothie refreshing and ultra-creamy. Store the peeled and chopped bananas in a bag in the freezer for when you need them.

How does Lean Protein differ from other protein shakes?

Soy muy escéptica en aspectos referentes a los batidos. Pero debo reconocer q después de mirar y mirar me animé a comprar esta proteína y desde luego todo un acierto.
Sabor (chocolate) con leche de almendras o avellanas está brutal, sacia bastante, sienta bien al estómago y queda cremoso. Sin duda seguiré y seguiré.

Me encantan estos batidos por su composición y la transparencia de la marca por facilitar todo el aminograma. Los sabores son muy buenos (he probado leche merengada, vainilla y cacao) y no saben químico. La única "pega" que le pongo y por lo que no le doy las 5 estrellas es porque el envase se me hace extremadamente incómodo con el zip. Preferiría un formato bote aunque abulte más...
