Done in 5 minutes!
- Mix 4 measuring teaspoons of Protein Pancakes with 80ml water, milk or plant-based milk.
- In a hot greased pan, pour part of the mixture and let cook 1-2 minutes per side or until the golden pancake is left.
- Repeat with the rest of the mixture and ... ta-dah! You already have the perfect breakfast to start the day.

You can use any of the flavours of the Protein Pancakes preparation to make a delicious sandwich with all the ingredients you like. You just have to prepare 2 pancakes as we have shown above and use them as a bun to create your perfect sandwich. We love to fill the savory flavours with shredded chicken breast, chopped hard-boiled egg, tomato, and some crisp lettuce leaves. You can also add grated cheese that will melt with the warmth of the freshly made pancakes. How does that sound?

Did you get stuck in bed this morning? You can turn your Protein Pancakes into a protein mugcake in record time and without dirtying the pan. You only need to prepare the mixture with water, milk or plant-based milk in a cup and cook it in the microwave at full power for one minute. The result is a cupcake that always comes out perfect, fluffy and tasty. Add some toppings without taking it out of the cup and eat breakfast in style. We love the savory flavours with cherry tomatoes with oregano, and the sweet flavours with our nut creams and Protein Crunch.
How do Protein Pancakes differ from other protein pancakes?
Many high-protein fitness products are just that: high in protein. We have replaced each and every ingredient in a conventional pancake mix with healthier, more nutritious and nutritionally interesting alternatives. Without sugar and without refined flours or oils.
What type of protein do you use?
We use our isolated whey protein (Whey Isolate) obtained through the CFM process, the only one in the world that doesn’t denature the protein and manages to keep all its nutrients and essential amino acids intact.
How many pancakes can I make with a container of Protein Pancakes?
In each container of Protein Pancakes there are 400g of preparation that will serve you to make between 30 and 40 medium protein pancakes. We calculate that a good portion for a healthy adult's breakfast could be 2 or 3 protein pancakes accompanied by a piece of fruit and one of our nut butters.
How many Protein Pancakes can I eat per day?
The ones you want! They Don’t contain any ingredient that has a consumption limit, but we do recommend having a varied and balanced diet that includes all kinds of healthy foods.
Are Protein Pancakes fattening?
You'll be glad to know they’re not! We've replaced all the refined sugars and flours in ultra-processed pancake mixes with top-quality ingredients that naturally carry fewer calories and are more nutritious than industrial ingredients.
