Protein custard

They are as easy to prepare as following these steps: mix, refrigerate and enjoy. To make them you only need a couple of minutes before putting them in the fridge to work the magic.

To make 5 flans of 125g:

1. Mix 130g of the preparation with 500ml of milk, vegetable drink or water.

2. Blend with a mixer for 1-2 minutes at maximum power.

3. Pour the mixture into a large mould or into 5 small moulds if you prefer the flans to be individual.

4. Leave in the fridge for an hour or until set.

5. Store in the refrigerator and consume within 4 days after the date of preparation.

6. Enjoy them by the spoonful!

The best part? You can keep your prepared Protein Flan in the fridge. Your fitness dessert will be waiting for you every day when you feel like it.
