Instant Oatmeal is totally reimagined oatmeal so you can get the most out of it while taking care of your diet. We have started with authentic whole oat flakes that have been heat treated so that you can use this flour without cooking and we have pulverized them until obtaining a texture so fine that it seems impossible.

You will find Instant Oatmeal in three delicious flavours: Chocolate and Hazelnut, Donut and Peanut. Since we know you enjoy cooking and surely you have your favourite sweeteners in your kitchen, you can choose the previously sweetened or unsweetened flavours.
Why do we use oats?
Did you know that oatmeal is one of the most complete cereals? Its low glycemic index complex carbohydrates are an ideal source of sustained energy for all ages. It’s a cereal rich in fibre that reduces the absorption of sugars and is ideal for people suffering from diabetes.
Oatmeal is rich in beta-glucan, Omega 3 acids, and linoleic acids that promote overall body health and help regulate cholesterol levels and lower triglyceride levels. Consumed daily, oatmeal is a cereal that will serve as an ally in your health.
Fear of carbohydrates? No reason.
First of all, let's break the myth: carbohydrates aren’t fattening! Quality carbohydrates are an unrivalled source of energy that when healthy and extracted from good ingredients, such as oats, are highly nutritious, healthy and satisfying.
However, we will never recommend you obtain your carbohydrate from ultra-processed products such as highly refined flours or industrial pastries. But what if you could indulge yourself with homemade recipes, made with quality carbohydrates like Instant Oatmeal?
Instant Oatmeal is probably our most versatile product. You can use our flavoured oatmeal in any healthy recipe to improve its nutritional profile, thanks to its high-quality carbohydrates that will give you sustained energy over time and will keep you satiated for longer hours.
In the oven.
You can use Instant Oatmeal in any bakery, pastry and pastry recipe that contains flour just by substituting the recipe's white flours for our Instant Oatmeal. The result will not only be highly nutritious but will give it a spectacular flavour that persists even after high baking temperatures.
In the porridge.
Who doesn’t like porridge for breakfast? We like them creamy, but we don't have time to cook them for 20 minutes over low heat. With Instant Oatmeal it’s as easy as mixing hot milk and letting it rest for a couple of minutes. And ta-daah! Creamy porridge with fun, healthy flavours and no added sugar in record time.
In your smoothies.
Do you need to increase the caloric intake of your meals? We have a trick for you that isn’t only healthy, but delicious. Mix 50g of Instant Oatmeal with a glass of milk or a plant-based milk, a ripe banana and two tablespoons of our nut butters. The result is a super creamy, healthy, nutritious and high calorie shake, so adding calories to your client at any time is easy and fun.
What makes Instant Oatmeal different from other flours?
To make our flavoured oatmeal we have used whole oat flakes certified as gluten-free, which have been micronized and heat-treated so that you can consume our oatmeal in cold recipes without cooking. The result is a healthy flour that feels good, has a very good dissolution and an irresistible flavour.
Why have you made two versions of Instant Oatmeal: sweetened and unsweetened?
We know that part of you are authentic foodies and foodies and another part of you want quick and easy products to prepare in record time. So, we've made two versions of each Instant Oatmeal flavour: sweetened or unsweetened. The sweetened ones are ideal if you want to make a smoothie or porridge with oats in the morning and the unsweetened ones are perfect for making your homemade recipes and sweetening them as you want.
If I choose the unsweetened Instant Oatmeal flavours will they be savoury?
They aren’t savoury! They just don’t have that added sweetness so that you can add it to your recipes, whether with honey, stevia, dates or any sweetener that you like to use.
Can I use Instant Oatmeal as a substitute for flours in my recipes?
Of course! Instant Oatmeal is designed for you to make any recipe you find on Instagram, Google or your favourite cookbook and you can replicate it in a healthy way with a whole gluten-free oatmeal flour that feels good and tastes great, thanks to its unique flavours.
Can I use Instant Oatmeal in savoury recipes if I choose unsweetened flavours?
Of course! We recommend choosing the peanut or chocolate and hazelnut flavour without sweetening to make savoury recipes. Instant Oatmeal gives a very special touch to pizza doughs, breads, pastas and other homemade dishes. The donut flavour is more difficult to use in savoury recipes, although we may be surprised!

Our blog and Instagram are full of recipes with oatmeal, although you can make with Instant Oatmeal any recipe you want and that contains flour just by changing the recipe's refined flour for our Instant Oatmeal. You will see what a wonder of flavour and texture it gives your favourite dishes!
