Ingredients: Gluten-free oat flour, Whey protein, Egg albumin, virgin olive oil (10.5%), raising agents (cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate), sea salt, cinnamon powder, sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides), flavouring.

Mix 4 measuring teaspoons of Protein Pancakes with 80ml water, milk or plant-based milk.
In a hot greased pan, pour part of the mixture and let cook 1-2 minutes per side or until the golden pancake is left.
Repeat with the rest of the mixture and ... ta-dah! You already have the perfect breakfast to start the day.

You can use any of the flavours of the Protein Pancakes preparation to make a delicious sandwich with all the ingredients you like. You just have to prepare 2 pancakes as we have shown above and use them as a bun to create your perfect sandwich. We love to fill the savory flavours with shredded chicken breast, chopped hard-boiled egg, tomato, and some crisp lettuce leaves. You can also add grated cheese that will melt with the warmth of the freshly made pancakes. How does that sound?

You only need to prepare the mixture with water, milk or plant-based milk in a cup and cook it in the microwave at full power for one minute.
