HIGH PROTEIN.
In a shaker or mixing glass, mix 200 ml. of milk, vegetable drink or water with 15-25 g. of the preparation. Stir or whisk until homogenised.
To obtain 1kg of egg white in cooking, mix 125 grams of the product and 875 grams of water.
