We like taking care of our wellbeing using the nutrients that all foods bring us. This is why we have only used dates in our peanut and cacao cream. We are not only fanatics of the sweet flavour of this fruit; its nutrients provide a large dose of energy, help fight tiredness and stress, and are high in fibre, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

Conventional chocolate creams are mainly palm fats and sugar. Peanut Dates is made from just peanuts, dates and cacao, without palm oil or sweeteners. Not only is it sweet, it is a food source.
What differentiates our Peanut Dates from the fitness chocolate creams of other brands?
While fitness chocolate creams are a mixture of low quality proteins, piles of sweeteners that can affect negatively your microbiota and fats from palm and sunflower oil, Peanut Dates is a cream made with simple and natural ingredients, free of any artificial sweetener or additive.
If it doesn’t contain sugar or polyalcohols, how can it be sweet?
We have sweetened it with dates, a food that is not only very sweet, but also provides nutrients of great value to our organism. The result is a cream with a smooth and acceptable sweet flavour.
Do I have to keep the Peanut Dates in the fridge?
Only during the summer months do we recommend you keep your Peanut Dates in the fridge for its best conservation. The rest of the year, we recommend you keep it in a fresh and dry spot away from sources of heat or sunlight.
Can small children eat Peanut Dates?
Of course! All the ingredients are 100% natural and they will love its sweet flavour. The creamy texture is ideal mixed with fruit for their healthy snacks. It is a perfect way for them to eat a chocolate cream without having to purchase the conventional supermarket creams full of sugar and palm oil.
